Refund policy

Every item is made to order, printed specifically for you, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind or a size you picked wrong.

If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or with a printing error on our part, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter production, since printing starts almost immediately.
